Conjunction — Definition
A conjunction is the tightest of the major aspects: two planets sit in the same degree, fusing their energies. The result depends on which planets meet — Sun conjunct Jupiter often expands confidence, while Mars conjunct Saturn can feel like driving with the brake on. Conjunctions are the engine of the chart; they concentrate themes that other aspects merely flavour.
Example
A natal Moon–Venus conjunction often reads as someone who needs beauty and softness as part of their basic emotional diet.
