4. 4. The key — What is already in your hand. The specific recognition, action, or relationship that lifts the chain. Often something you have been told before but have not yet done.
5. 5. Liberation — What freedom actually looks like for you here — not abstract liberation, but the specific shape of life on the other side of this particular chain.
