4. 4. Authority — How you are wielding power right now — well, poorly, or not at all. Whether you are abdicating, overreaching, or actually inhabiting the seat. The most personal card in the spread.
5. 5. Legacy — What this structure will leave behind if you keep building it as is. Not just outcome — inheritance. What the next decade or generation will receive from your work.
